H&L was formed by a group of engineers with a common philosophy: “Safety & Service Quality”. This philosophy has long been a way of life for the people that now make up the H&L Engineering group. H&L and Associates is a group of highly recognized individuals in the industry, this group of engineers is widely known for their ability to succeed in the project management and well construction field. Our technical staff is composed of individuals that have had extensive experience in both engineering and operations on land and offshore in Mexico and around the world.

H&L and Associates founders were some of the first group of engineers who participated and helped to create the Integrated Project Management concept and the efficiency team groups with well known companies around the world, starting at the North Sea and then applying the concept in Latin America, especially in Venezuela and Mexico. This group of engineers have focused in establishing and implementing the Project Management concept, using processes and systems now well recognized around the world in the oil and gas industry.
