More than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. In 2007 he joined the H&L and Associates team as the company General Director.

He had the same position in Meyer & Associates Inc. between 2005 and 2007. From 2003 to 2005 he was the country manager for Precision Drilling of Mexico. Between 2002 and 2003 he directed Meyer and Associates S.A. de C.V. (Mexico) as General Manager. Between 1995 and 2002 he worked as Project Manager in Schlumberger IPM, in several drilling and completion integrated projects in Venezuela, Ecuador and México. It worked also as Drilling and Completions Operations Superintendent in CORPOVEN, Venezuela 1992 - 1995.

Worked also for Triton Engineering as Senior Engineer in several projects in Venezuela from 1990 to 1992. It served as Operations Supervisor of ENRON from 1989 to 1990. It was also in the same position for Genesis Consulting from 1986 to 1989 in several countries (Malasia, Vietnam e Iran). From 1979 to 1985 worked as senior Engineer for Dresser Industries Texas. Worked as well in HALCO as engineer from 1977 to 1978 in Texas, USA.

Cesar has 14 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Before founding H&L and Associates de Mexico, he worked in the same position as Engineering and Planning Director for Meyer & Associates since 2006.

Previously Cesar worked as Construction Superintendent and Country manager for Lewis Energy Mexico, company awarded with the “Bloque Olmos” in the North of México. He also hade the opportunity of participate in the drilling process of the first multilateral well in México.From 1996 to 2005, he worked in Schlumberger IPM (Integrated Project Management), in several positions and projects on and offshore in diferent countries as Malasia, Venezuela, Túnez, United States and México.

Ricardo has 19 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has been in charge of Well Basket selection in Burgos, worked as Engineering and Planning Manager, Senior Drilling Engineer and Company Man in HPHT oil and gas wells, Vertical as well as directional and horizontal wells. He has a vast experience in drilling engineering, casing string design, Log Interpretation, Fluids Mechanics, Produciton wells evaluation, drilling bit optimization, drilling hydraulics design, etc. Ricardo have worked in Venezuela, Guatemala, Colombia and México.

Filadelfo has more than 14 years in the oil and gas industry. He worked as HSE advisor for companies such as REPSOL, WEATHERFORD, IMN, GSM, LEWIS UNIVERSAL COMPRESION, teaching HSE courses also as internal instructor at STPS. In 2009 he joined H&L as HSE Manager in the ATGVII Project in Poza Rica Veracruz.

He worked at different positons with Meyer & Associates, with outstanding peformance in API management, participating also in the integration of GSM y MEYER for the joined venture in the terciary project in Villahermosa. He also was the Precision Drilling HSE manager for México in 2001. Between 1996 and 2000 he was the HSE coordinator for Schlumberger IPM in the Burgos Project. Currently is part of the SIAHSE (Sistema Integral de Administración del HSE) which was developed especifically for the ATGVII project, with the experience acquired in Safety, Health and environment throughout the years.

More than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Performing in management positions in the last 20 years in diferent countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela, México and Libya. Great experience and knowledge in projects related to oil and gas wells. Drilling and Completion services, Oil and gas wells stimulation (especially hidraulic fracturing), Well cementing and well testing, etc.

Among his most recent positions, he was the project manager for the first integrated services project at Burgos (México North) in charge of the drilling mud, cementing, fracturing and coiled tubing services, between 1997 and 2000, working also at the end of this period as Completions manager for the Burgos Project. In 2001 he moved to the north of Brazil where he was the Project Manager for and alliance between Petrobras and Schlumberger.

Since 2003 he have been working in México, as Business Development Manager for México and Central América, Project Manager for the Lankahuasa (Offshore) Project, General Manager for Schlumberger Oilfield Services in East México and finally, as Project Manager for the Mesozoic Project in Mexico South.
